This message is for people who are looking for a great dentist office to use. I have been using Mrs Pitner for about 14 years. She is always very nice and gentle. Key word here is gentle. I recommend her to everyone that needs a new Dentist. I feel like she genuinely cares about all of her clients.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I was a nervous wreck. It had been years since I'd been to the dentist and I have a lot of issues that needed taken care of. Trey was absolutely amazing! He listened to my concerns, addressed my anxiety and made my entire visit pleasant. I walked out with a clean smile and confidence in my treatment plan. I look forward to going back in September!

I was very impressed by the professional service that I received at Pitner family dental care. My nephew told me about them, so I decided to give them a try, the staff was very friendly and Dr Pitner was very caring and professional. Now that I am married I introduced my husband to them and he is going… being that he was not a resident from here, but Detroit and didn’t know just what dentist to go with. We are both happy and pleased with their service.

My mother had a dental emergency and Dr. Pitner took amazing care of her. Her expertise, gentle bedside manner and ease of scheduling all combine to make Dr. Pitner and her practice the best in the business. I would recommend Pitner Family Dentistry to anyone, and am thankful for the care provided to my family!

Recently had a cleaning done at Pitner Family Dentistry. My hygienist was friendly, personable and took great care to explain what she was doing. She and Dr. Mitchell also explained what I need to do to maintain my dental health. Highly recommend!

I visited Pitner Family Dentistry today as a new patient. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was seen quickly (24 hours). They're closed on Fridays. I was leaving on a cruise this week, so I needed to be seen before leaving. Great for me the chip was only my crown and it could wait until after my return. My teeth were cleaned and the technician was very knowledgeable. This was the first ever going to the dentist where the technician asked about you and your interest to get to know you and your hobbies before rendering service. This was a great ice breaker to get you comfortable before beginning the work. Overall experience today was a 10.

Ashley did a great job on my cleaning. Every time I go for a appointment the staff and clients are all so sweet and gladly to help with anything you need. The staff is very helpful on everything. I can't say enough of what a awesome service I get every time I come..... I highly recommend this Dentist office to anyone..... I have been going here for 23 years..

My dad has dementia and it is pleasant to experience a team who respects that he's still a person and talks to him instead of just talking to me about him. They are patient with him when he asks questions over and supporting of me asking questions so I can help my dad manage his care. They know him by name when he walks in and even though he is always nervous going to a dr (because he doesn't remember he likes the place), he is soon comfortable and his old self beong easy-going and telling jokes. We really appreciate everyone there who males pir visits great

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly positive, kind, and truly knowledgeable. Dr. Rebecca Pitner took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly and patiently. She helped me understand my dental situation and answered all my questions, which made me feel calm and confident. Diana at the front desk was warm, helpful, and professional, and the dental assistant who took my X-rays was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I left feeling relieved, informed, and genuinely happy. Highly recommend!
